CareLink Health does not collect public opt-ins or send messages to unknown recipients. SMS messages are sent only to nurses or care providers who are associated with an organization and have agreed to receive work-related communications.

Message frequency may vary depending on staffing needs and visit requests. Message and data rates may apply. End-users may opt out of SMS communications by replying STOP, or may request assistance by replying HELP.

• The organization that manages the nurse or care provider relationship
